The Inbox loop
- 1Your app hits a string for the first time. The model answers, the row is stored as pending review, and the same answer is served until someone reviews it.
- 2Sort by drift or truncation first — those two flags are where wrong answers hide, not where the volume is.
- 3Approve, edit, or reject. Approving writes the row that every device reads; rejecting keeps it out of the answers and out of exports.
- 4Approving is also what makes a string free. Cache it, then never pay for it again.
